Founder and President
Leslie Frey, LCSW
I am a trauma-informed mental health counsellor with 18 years of experience supporting adolescents and adults across the lifespan. I specialize in working with teens and adults who have experienced trauma, as well as individuals navigating a wide range of mental health challenges and significant life transitions.
My therapeutic approach is person centered and integrates trauma-informed care, narrative therapy, and reframing through cognitive behavioral therapy. I focus on understanding the impact of lived experiences while helping clients identify strengths, reshape unhelpful patterns, and develop practical tools for change. Therapy with me is collaborative, respectful, and grounded in empathy.
I am committed to providing strength-based, empowering care that honors your story and your goals. Together, we can focus on improving your quality of life in ways that feel meaningful to you, supporting healing, resilience, and personal growth.

Jesse Celentano, LAC
Hi, my name is Jesse, and I'm so glad you're here. Taking the first step toward healing is often the hardest part, so I truly admire the courage it took to get here. Whatever brings you to this space, you are welcome. I’ve had the privilege of working in both inpatient and outpatient settings and have supported individuals across a wide range of ages and diagnoses. These experiences have deepened my understanding of the many paths healing can take, and I'm here to walk alongside you on yours.
My approach is trauma-informed and person-centered, rooted in empathy and unconditional positive regard. I integrate attachment theory, CBT, DBT, and mindfulness practices to help clients build insight, develop coping skills, and move toward healing and connection.
I believe therapy to be a collaborative process, and therefore tailor our work to your unique needs and goals. I work with individuals, couples, and families, offering in-person and telehealth services to clients in New Jersey. If you're ready to take the next step, I invite you to reach out! I hope to speak with you soon!

Hi! I'm Taylor Rasely, LAC, NCC. I am a compassionate, client-centered therapist dedicated to supporting adolescents and adults through life’s emotional challenges, transitions, and periods of growth. I believe therapy should be a collaborative and supportive space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to better understand themselves and their experiences. I utilize evidence-based practices tailored to each client’s unique needs and lifestyle.
